Riana Mallon

Training Officer

Riana graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BSc Degree in Geography. She has been involved in various volunteer and development programs over the years. These ranged from working as a Youth Development Leader in an Outdoor Education Camp in the West Coast of the United States to helping vulnerable youth in Brighton’s Gateway programs. More recently, Riana volunteered with the British Exploring Society during one of their Summer Expeditions to the Scottish Highlands. Having travelled extensively, She developed a fascination for protecting our natural world. This inspired me to embark on my Geography PGCE at the University of Brighton in 2020. Riana keeps busy in my spare time cooking, hiking, rock climbing, and looking after my 20-year old cat, Tigger.
