Debra joined KNIB in August 2018 as the Communications lead on the EU SWIM Programme. She has most recently been the Communications Officer at the General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland for 11 years which involved project and event management, stakeholder engagement, administering awards, digital communications, publications and campaigns. She has had experience of working for a range of voluntary sector organisations including Co-operation Ireland, OCN, Action Cancer and the Management and Leadership Network. Debra is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In her spare time she enjoys jazz dance.
