Lesley Bourke

Lesley has over 20 years' experience as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Northern Bank Limited, now trading as Danske Bank. Lesley manages a team of eight people in the bank’s Legal Department and provides advice to the Board and the bank. She joined the bank in 1986 moving through a number of legal roles from Solicitor to Senior Corporate Lawyer. Lesley is a qualified solicitor and completed a management programme at Cranfield University in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and a member of the Senate (the governing body) of Queen's University Belfast.
